“What if I don’t know what kind of eyelashes or haircut would look good on me?”

Don’t worry! If you don’t know what style would fit you best, our experts can help you make the best choice.

“I can’t find your salon location online anywhere. Where is it?”

Great question! We are a new and small studio that only works by appointment. There is no walk-in allowed. Our studio location is released upon booking your appointment.

“Do I pay before or after my appointment?”

Payment is made after each appointment, but we do require a $25 deposit to book your first appointment. Current clients are not required to pay a deposit.

“Can I come to get lashes with my makeup on?”

No. Please remove all makeup before arriving for lashes, eyebrow shaping, facials, or waxing of the face. Makeup cannot be present during these procedures for best results.

“What if I forget to take my makeup off before my appointment?”

No worries! We can remove your makeup for you, but we do charge a fee of $10 to remove makeup. This fee covers the time it takes to fully remove your makeup and the cost of the products we use to remove it.

“Can I bring kids or someone with me to the appointment?”

You are welcome to bring 1 friend with you to your appointment who is 16 or over. The studio has very limited space and is not a good place for unattended children. Kids are not allowed at the salon at this time because we do not currently have a kids play area at this time. Do not bring more than 1 older teen or an adult friend with you at any given appointment.

“What if I’m running late to my appointment?”

We understand things happen sometimes, but please remember that we have a lot of people trying to book appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we must reschedule your appointment. Your deposit is not refunded in this instance.

“What if I need to cancel my appointment?”

We understand that life happens sometimes! No worries! You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours ahead and get your $25 deposit back. If you would like to reschedule, you may apply this deposit to your rescheduled appointment. Any cancellations that occur with less than 48 hours in advance will not get the $25 deposit back and must pay again to reschedule.

“Can I bring my own lashes or other products?”

We do not allow foreign or outside products in the studio. We guarantee the quality of our services and products, but we can’t back products that we don’t know anything about. To ensure quality results, all lashes must come from our salon. Any other foreign products might be denied as well if they aren’t approved ahead of time. Please ask the consultant over the phone before bringing any foreign products.

“How can I pay for my appointment?”

You may pay with cash or any major credit card after your appointment. If you’d like to pay ahead of time, you may request this and we’ll send you an invoice to make your payment online. 

“Should I tip my stylist?”

Of course! We love getting a thank you with a tip! Of course, tipping is not required, but it’s much appreciated if you tip your stylist as we take great care in each service we provide. 

“Does Inner Glow offer loyalty or discount programs?”

Yes, we do! We love our loyal clients and we love saying thank you by offering many different discounts and loyalty perks. These perks are changing all the time, so please just ask your stylist at your appointment to find out how you can save!
